Optimal Scheduling of Regional Integrated Energy Systems under Chance Constraint Rules

The energy optimal scheduling of modern large stadiums does not fully consider the impact of multiple system coupling and the uncertainty factors such as photovoltaic/load. Therefore, this paper takes Beijing National Speed Skating Gymnasium as the research object and proposes a multi-objective day-ahead optimal scheduling method of regional integrated community energy system (ICES), based on opportunity constraint rules. Firstly, the mathematical models of the power distribution system, heat grid system and energy center (EC) system on the supply side are established. Then, the relevant constraints of ICES power distribution system, heat grid system and EC system are given, taking the optimal economic cost and minimum pollution emission as the objective functions. The MOEA/D optimization algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. Finally, the comprehensive energy multi-objective optimization of the national speed skating stadium is analyzed. The results show that the optimization results reasonably reflect the operating characteristics of ICES under random conditions. It can satisfy the flow constraint, and achieve the operating objectives of low economic cost and less pollution emission.
