Effect of Cu and B Co-doping on magnetocaloric effect, phase transition, and mechanical properties of Mn1.05Fe0.9P0.5-xSi0.5Cu0.10Bx alloys

摘要
•The mechanical properties of (Mn,Fe)2(P,Si) was improved with GMCE maintained.•Mn1.05Fe0.9P0.5-xSi0.5Cu0.10Bx alloys were prepared by arc-melting.•The jump of lattice parameters during the phase transition was investigated.•Magnetic phase transitions were tuned from FOMT to SOMT.•Optimal composition was proposed with good comprehensive properties.
