We enhance the graphene photothermoelectric effect by overlaying an electrically-controlled graphene p-n junction with a gap-plasmon structure, and demonstrate a responsivity 25 times greater than that obtained without plasmonic and junction enhancements. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
