摘要
Rush and cluster allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) is a modern build-up form of subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT). Several reports suggest that induction of IgG4 “blocking antibodies“ may be necessary for successful allergen immunotherapy. The aim of this study was the comparison of the tolerability of rush, cluster, and classical schedules of the build-up phase of SCIT and measurement of IgG4 allergen-specific antibodies levels during different forms of the initial phase of allergen injection therapy.
