摘要
For almost two decades, it has well known that the exposure of radiofrequency (RF) is harmful to living organisms, especially human beings. Radiofrequency raises the temperature of biological tissues that may damage them, and in severe cases, can cause cancer. This study aims to design a simple, cost-effective, and easy-to-apply technique to prevent the human body from the RF radiations engendered by the cell phone. Ni-Cu coated conductive tape investigated to manipulate as a potential RF shielding material. This tape may readily apply to bags, backpacks, satchels, pouches and cellphone flip-cases, etc. The simulation and experimental results revealed that RF signals produced by cell phones can attenuate up to 30dB if a single layer of tape applied. This attenuation of RF single sufficient to save the human body from the harmful effects of cell-phone radiations.
