摘要

Synthesis, DFT calculations, and antiviral evaluation of a series of novel 2-hydroxyimino-6-aza-pyrimidine ribonucleosides is reported. The hydrogen bonding between theC2N–OH moiety andN3–H and/orN3moieties shapes the pyrimidine nucleoside as purine.
