Revisiting Tracer Liu-Silva-Macedo model for binary diffusion coefficient using the largest database of liquid and supercritical systems

•Tracer diffusion coefficients (D12) of liquid and supercritical (SC) systems.•Compilation of the largest D12 database: 6180 experimental points and 331 systems.•Revisiting Tracer Liu − Silva − Macedo (TLSM) model and its 1-parameter correlations.•Comparison with hydrodynamic, free-volume and LJ models from the literature.•TLSM model and its correlations are the most reliable for both liquid and SC fluids.
