摘要
To the Editor: Firefighters have an increased risk of developing melanomas than the general population, with these melanomas occurring at significantly younger ages.1 Early detection of skin cancer is associated with reduced morbidity, mortality, and financial costs.2 Currently, early detection is based on self-detection and opportunistic full-body skin exam (FBSE) by trained medical providers.3 However, performing FBSE becomes challenging in settings without on-site specialists or with social distancing policies.
