摘要
•Edible fraction of Eugenia stipitata is rich in minerals such as K, Na, Ca and Mg.•This fraction also had the highest sucrose, fructose and maltotetraose content.•Compounds as vanillic acid and catechin dihexoside were found in both fractions.•The seed had the highest phenolic content and antioxidant capacity.•About 30 volatile compounds were identified in the Eugenia stipitata.
