Jahn-Teller effect among electronic resonant states of H-3

The Jahn-Teller conical intersection among the electronic resonant states of H-3 is studied. We have performed electron scattering calculations and obtained complex adiabatic potential energy surfaces that we describe using a generalized Jahn-Teller Hamiltonian. The non-adiabatic coupling and the geometric phase were also investigated.
