苗尾水电站心墙砾质土料碾压工艺试验研究

Abstract
为揭示苗尾水电站土料场土层颗粒级配和含水率变化情况,验证大坝心墙砾质土料的设计填筑标准,确定经济合理、技术可行的碾压施工参数,提出施工填筑压实质量检测的有效方法和快速质量控制的手段和措施,针对大坝心墙防渗土料料源多、土性及含水率变化大的特点,对苗尾寨土料场、丹梯村土料场和左岸土料场砾质土的铺料厚度、铺料方式、碾压遍数、碾压速度等施工参数进行碾压试验研究.结果表明,在天然含水率状态下,铺料30 cm碾压8遍,土料的压实度能够满足设计要求;铺料35、40 cm碾压8遍,土料的压实度合格率偏低.
