摘要
•Laser engineering of microbial systems is an effective precise method of bioprinting.•However, pressure jumps during printing process can cause damage to biomaterial.•The amplitude of pressure jumps was evaluated in the 1–100 MHz range.•Pressure jumps of 0.02–5 kbar appear when using a Ti film and 0.02–10 kbar for Cr.•At E > 15 μJ the optoacoustic conversion efficiency for a Cr film is higher than for Ti.
