摘要

•RNA-seq revealed that 1134 genes were upregulated and 974 genes were downregulated in AD whole blood.•CDK family genes were highly expressed in whole blood from AD patients than in the normal group.•Exon specific-designed multiplex-PCR method was sensitized to AD-specific CDK genes.•CDK genes can be novel biomarkers for AD diagnosis.
