摘要
•There is a transition in conductivity behavior as a function of time when Cd is around 55 %.•The amplitude of thermal responses is directly related to the samples' surface morphology.•Thermal sensitivity and signal quality are higher for samples doped with Cd and grown on Si substrate.•Samples of ZnCdO grown on Si substrate are suitable for heat-sensors applications.
