Polypeptide inhibiting stability of HIF1Alpha and application of polypeptide

The invention provides polypeptide in the following (a) or (b): (a) polypeptide comprising amino acid sequence shown by CEKYELD; (b) polypeptide derived from (a), adding a plurality of amino acid on the amino acid sequence limited by the (a), and capable of inhibiting the activity of the protein stability of HIF1alpha under an anoxic condition. According to the invention, remarkable inhibitory effect of the polypeptide to the stability of the HIF1alpha is proved by an in-vitro experiment; the expression of a downstream gene vegf of the HIF1alpha and the secretion of a product VEGF can be inhibited; the polypeptide has great potential on curing tumor related to oxygen depletion and blood vessel regeneration.
