The utility model belongs to the field of auxiliary devices for a neurosurgery magnetic resonance-guided surgery, and relates to an auxiliary device for neurosurgical puncture drainage. The auxiliary device comprises a base, a snake-shaped arm and a puncture needle, wherein the snake-shaped arm is fixedly arranged on the base, and the puncture needle is arranged on the snake-shaped arm. All components of the auxiliary device are prepared by a titanium alloy material Tc10 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The use results show that the auxiliary device can be directly fixed on the skull, and does not need to be connected to a head holder, the puncture angle can be randomly adjusted, and the auxiliary device does not need to be disassembled in magnetic resonance scanning in the surgery, can realize the puncture drainage function flexibly and safely in a magnetic field environment without displacement, does not affect magnetic resonance imaging in the surgery, and is simple and practical in structure.
