Abstract
提出了一种具有高稳定性的红外吸收式CO2传感器,针对长时间运行、无法定期校准的实际应用特点,着重从提高传感器长期稳定性方面进行研究.该传感器利用高精密机械加工和高精度温度补偿等技术提高红外CO2传感器稳定性,经过1 000h的实验,测试结果表明,传感器在不需要开机自校准的情况下,输出电压稳定在±1.53％FS.从而实现了传感器精度高、可靠性高、长期稳定性好的特点.
