运用文献资料查阅法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法,主要针对在中国·延安志丹“长寿·读者杯”门球比赛中来自全国各地中老年参赛运动员的参赛年龄、参赛时间、参赛年限、参赛经费、队伍组建和参赛目的等方面进行调查研究,了解中老年人参加门球运动存在的问题与不足,提出加强对全国各地及乡镇门球运动的推广及场地建设,为全国中老年人身体健康有序发展提供理论依据.
