Abstract
二肽基肽酶-4 (DPP-4)抑制剂能够特异性抑制DPP-4酶活性,显著提高体内肠促胰岛素浓度,改善胰岛β及α细胞功能,发挥其降血糖作用,且无低血糖发生,患者耐受性良好.本文综述DPP-4抑制剂在控制血糖、改善血糖波动、改善胰岛功能和治疗并发症等方面的临床应用进展,为临床提供用药参考.
