Abstract
胃上接食管,下通小肠,口、咽、食管和小肠等部位的细菌均可进入胃内.虽然其酸性环境形成了一层有效的保护性屏障,但胃内仍存在数量可观的耐酸细菌,含量接近1×103 CFU/mL.1982年,Marshall和Warren在人的胃黏膜组织中发现了H.pylori.目前,H.pylori感染了全球约一半的人群,可能无症状,也可能使宿主致病,引起胃溃疡甚至是胃癌,但是也可能有其他益处[1-2].
