Abstract
目的 分析胃肠间质瘤病人临床病理的特点与外科处理的方式.方法 随机抽取2014年4月-2015年4月在我院治疗的45例胃肠间质瘤患者,对患者病历进行回顾性分析.结果 CD34、Nestin两种方式检测的阳性率与CD117、DOG1检测阳性率相比,有着显著的差异,P<0.05;经手术治疗以后,45例患者仅有5例患者发生死亡或是肿瘤发生转移.结论 由于胃肠间质瘤形态比较复杂与种类比较多,需要根据病理学的特点进行诊断与治疗,以提高治疗的效果.
