Snakebites are common emergencies.Its clinical symptoms are involved in many mechanisms.Besides the direct action,venom can induce the inflammatory response with the release and activation of inflammatory cytokines and other mediators,such as TNF-α、IL and PG.These inflammatory mediators and cytokines play an important role in different envenoming syndroms.
