Abstract
乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染是世界性的公共卫生问题.共价闭合环状DNA (covalently closed circular DNA,cccDNA)在HBV持续感染和慢性化中起重要作用.肝内HBV cccDNA和HBV DNA的检测需要做肝活检,不易在临床上推广应用.血清HBV核心相关抗原(hepatitis B corerelated antigen,HBcrAg)具有检测简便和非侵入性等优点,可作为肝内HBV cccDNA的替代标志物.血清HBcrAg的动态变化与HBV感染自然史密切相关.血清HBcrAg定量检测可预测抗病毒治疗患者的治疗应答和停药后的复发风险,以及慢性乙型肝炎患者肝硬化的进展、肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发生和复发的风险.
