基于期权博弈理论,对超竞争环境下多阶段支付跨国并购定价与时机选择决策问题建立模型,得到主并企业的提前支付值所占比例、最佳并购时机以及等待期权价值;进行数值模拟与仿真,重点分析超竞争特征因子(竞争强度、竞争不确定性、企业价值损失因子)以及跨国并购特征因子(制度距离)对并购时机的影响.
