Design of electronic shogging dynamic compensation system for high-speed warp knitting machine

The guide bar shogging of high-speed warp knitting machine belongs to a complex bi-directional fast intermittent start-stop motion mode. The dynamic response performance of electronic shogging system is highly required in the knitting process of warp knitting machine. However, the control system has the phenomenon of response lag in the control process of the guide bar shogging. In order to compensate for the delay phenomenon of the system control processing and make the system achieve higher dynamic response performance, this paper designs a dynamic compensation control system of electronic shogging for high-speed warp knitting machine. Through the theoretical analysis and practical test of the system lagging response, the functional relationship between the system delay time and the shogging lag angle is summarized. On the premise of obtaining the function relation, the dynamic compensation control method and realization method of electronic shogging system are designed. The analysis of the motor feedback movement position curve shows that the dynamic compensation control system can improve the performance of the actual lapping angle area to follow the mechanical allowable lapping angle area, and greatly improve the knitting speed of the warp knitting machine. It provides important significance to realize high speed and full computerization for high-speed warp knitting machine.
