The invention discloses an FPGA based robot value film control system and a construction method thereof. The control system comprises a robot attitude sensor, a robot built-in computer, a control motor and an FPGA hardware control module, the robot attitude sensor, the robot built-in computer and the control motor are in signal connection successively, and the robot built-in computer is connectedwith the FPGA hardware control module in parallel via a UART communication device. The construction method of the control system comprises the following steps that 1) a value film system is constructed according to an expected attitude conversion effect of a robot; 2) the value film system is realized in FPGA hardware to form a control module; and 3) the FPGA hardware control module is connected with the robot built-in computer in parallel to form the control system. The construction process is simple, the constructed system can calculate operation data of the robot so as to control the attitude of the robot, so that the robot attitude can be converted more rapidly and more accurately.
