3D Simulations in Civil Engineering Laboratory Education.

We report on the development process of a 3D simulation for an established entry-level laboratory exercise in civil engineering education. Based on a prototype already developed and deployed for the Biology Laboratory at the Hellenic Open University, we adapt it to the interaction requirements of another laboratory and discuss similarities, differences and lessons learned.
