摘要
Two isostructural metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) were tested as adsorbent materials in matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) for the extraction of lindane, bifenthrin, and pirimicarb from freeze-dried chicken eggs ( Gallus gallus domesticus ). A validated methodology (1.5 g of Florisil ® as dispersant, cleanup with 0.5 g of C 18 , and 10 mL of acetonitrile as eluent) was used to evaluate the performance of the new materials. Analyses were performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in select ion monitoring mode. Analytical curves (0.01–2 µg mL −1 ) showed good linearity (correlation coefficient R 2 > 0.999). Extraction tests at one concentration level (1.25 µg g −1 , n = 3) showed acceptable recovery results according to the literature (%recovery [REC] between 70 and 120%): (1) ∞ [(Nd 0.9 Eu 0.1 ) 2 (DPA) 3 (H 2 O) 3 ] (%REC = 77–90%); (2) ∞ [(La 0.9 Eu 0.1 ) 2 (DPA) 3 (H 2 O) 3 ] (%REC = 78–91%), and (3) Florisil ® (%REC = 85–102%), with relative standard deviations (%RSD) of 1.1–3.8%, 3.7–7.9%, and 0.8–3.9%, respectively. The MOF materials presented satisfactory results when compared to conventional material. Furthermore, the amount of adsorbent could be reduced (0.5 g) compared to the original method. The application of the new materials as pesticide adsorbents in MSPD on a fatty biological sample was efficient.
