The utility model relates to a sea cucumber breeding device with a pond and a coffer, which belongs to the technical field of breeding. The four corners are respectively provided with hollow columns and solid columns; the frames of the hollow columns and the solid columns are connected to form a square framework; the center of the square framework is provided with a plastic plate with a through hole as a sea cucumber channel; and the plastic plate is an inclined plate between the four columns and the frames of the hollow columns and the solid columns. The structural units with the identical structure are superimposed alternatively in a positive or negative way to form a multi-layer composite structure body. The upper plastic plate and the lower plastic plate of the superimposed structural body are respectively a light translucent plate and a dark non-translucent plate. The plastic plates are corrugated plates or flat plates, made of non-toxic material with an injection mould, and formed by superimposing a plurality of monomers with the identical shape. Therefore, the plastic plates can be easily manufactured in batches, easily cleaned and easily carried. The lower monomer of the sea cucumber breeding device is the dark non-translucent plate, thereby achieving the function of hiding the sea cucumber; and the upper monomer is the light translucent plate, thereby providing a biofilm for the generation of the natural bait of raw sea cucumber and the purification of the water. The utility model has three functions of hiding the sea cucumber, generating the bait and purifying the water, thereby facilitating the extensive application.
