摘要

•We developed new RT-ddPCR assays for different SARS-CoV-2 subgenomic RNAs (sgRNAs).•These assays can detect as few as 1–10 copies and are linear over ≥4 log10 copies.•These assays can be used to study the role of sgRNAs in COVID-19.
