Successful intragastric suture repair using endoscopy for refractory ischemic stomach perforation: A case report

•DP-CAR sometimes induces gastric perforation due to insufficient gastric bloodstream.•LGA preservation may not prevent gastric ischemic events.•Intragastric suture repair using oral endoscopy (ISE) can be minimally invasive.•ISE can be an indication for refractory bleeding and perforation.•ISE is contraindicated in cases where a transverse colon is just over the stomach.
