摘要

•SCoT and ISSR markers revealed high genetic diversity among wild populations of Crepidium acuminatum collected from Himalaya regions.•SCoT primers yielded 73 amplified fragments with 97.26 % polymorphism.•ISSR primers yielded 45 amplified fragments with 91.83 % polymorphism.•Both SCoT and ISSR markers are useful in genetic diversity assessment in C. acuminatum.
