Review and Prospect of Influences of Weightlessness on Pharmacokinetics

In this paper,the research status and progress about the influence of weightlessness on pharmacokinetics at home and abroad were reviewed,the effects of microgravity-induced physiological changes,such as body fluid shift,functional disturbances of gastrointestinal tract,and blood flow of liver and kidney,on pharmacokinetics process in vivo including absorption,distribution,metabolism,and excretion,then the normal functions of treatments to be influenced,were emphasized.It would provide reference for administration in domestic manned spaceflight.
