Comprehensive Evaluation of Wind-thermal-bundled Transmission Corridors Based on VIKOR Method

The wind-thermal-bundled power transmission is an important solution to deal with the reverse distribution of energy. The reasonable construction scheme of transmission corridors is helpful to the economic and stable operation of power system. Thus, a comprehensive evaluation model based on VIKOR method is established here to effectively evaluate given construction schemes. Firstly, the simulation models of wind turbine and thermal power unit are introduced. The wind-thermal-bundled system model is built on the simulation platform named as PSD-BPA, which lays a foundation for the time-domain simulation with PSD-BPA. Then, a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed by extracting various evaluation indexes from the two aspects of economy and transient stability. Finally, the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method is introduced to comprehensively evaluate and compare the construction schemes of transmission corridors, and basic principle and calculation steps of the VIKOR method are given in detail. Simulation results show that the construction schemes of transmission corridors can be evaluated comprehensively by proposed method, which provides reference for the selection of the given schemes of transmission corridors.
