摘要

•FVFG for ONFH secondary to trauma results in native hip preservation in 64% of patients at minimum 5-year follow-up.•Patients with maintained FVFG demonstrated statistically and clinically significant improvements in Harris Hip Score at final follow-up.•FVFG for both pre- and post-collapse Urbaniak Stage IV ONFH is successful in hip preservation.
