摘要

•Composite neonatal adverse outcome is modestly increased in newborns delivered by women with cerclage and BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2.•The risk of the composite maternal adverse outcome is not increased in women with cerclage and BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2.•The risks of cesarean delivery and chorioamnionitis are modestly increased in women with cerclage and BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2.
