摘要

•SG-SP1, a newly synthesised gallic acid derivative, in rat plasma was determined by HPLC-MS/MS for the first time.•The analytical method met the criteria of FDA-validated bioanalytical methods.•This method was applied to investigate the pharmacokinetics of SG-SP1 in rats.
