摘要
•Juvenile chlorpyrifos exposure induced persistent changes in the amygdala proteome.•These changes occurred in proteins related to GABA and glutamate systems.•Similar changes were observed with chlorpyrifos and the FAAH inhibitor PF-04457845.•Inhibition of FAAH by chlorpyrifos leads to alterations in endocannabinoid signaling.•Altered endocannabinoid signaling may be responsible for these persistent changes.
