摘要

•The IDH 1 105GGT SNP can be detected in about 10 % of patients with grade II/ III gliomas.•We investigated the prognostic role of the IDH1 105GGT SNP.•Population on study involved patients with IDH grade II or III mutated glioma.•The presence of IDH1 105GGT SNP was independently associated to a longer progression free survival.
