Corneal Endothelium: A Promising Quantitative Index for Graves Ophthalmopathy Activity Evaluation

•This pilot study observed the corneal endothelium measured by noncontact specular microscope between active and inactive Graves ophthalmopathy (GO).•Corneal endothelial cell morphology was altered in active GO compared with inactive GO.•The coefficient variation of cell area could be a promising, objective, and quantitative index for evaluating the active status of GO.
