Clinical and radiological outcomes of corrective exercises and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in children with flexible flatfeet: A randomized controlled trial

•Flexible flat foot is common among pediatrics.•Although being asymptomatic, long term problems are frequent as planter facilities.•Corrective foot exercises are effective producing active correction of foot arch posture.•Electrical stimulation is a safe method of muscle activation, with or without weakness.
