Use of Inner Branches During Physician-Modified Endografting for Complex Abdominal and Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysms

•Type of research: Single-center, retrospective cohort study•Key findings: 17 patients underwent at least one inner branch modification, with overall 94% technical success, 2 (11.8%) patients with major adverse events, 1 (3.7%) inner branch target vessel instability (occlusion) and no inner branch related rupture, death, endoleaks, or reinterventions during the follow up period of 174 days (5.8 months).•Take Home Message: Inner branches provide a safe alternative technique of branch incorporation during complex endovascular aortic repair.
