摘要
UTIs are common conditions affecting children admitted at KCMC. The prevalence is higher in infants and children younger than 24 months. and were the most common isolated organisms with low susceptibility in commonly used antibiotics. Antimicrobials, such as ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone, and gentamicin, are more likely to be successful for empirical treatment of UTIs.
