摘要

•We built a new method for predicting toxicity based on binding with HSA.•We proved that it was feasible to predict toxicity from binding with carrier protein.•Drug toxicity prediction platform from a new perspective was newly built.•The binding information of carbamate pesticides and HSA was determined.•The toxicity prediction method of other drugs can be built based on binding with HSA.
