The invention discloses an optical frequency comb control method and control system. The working power of a pumping source is dynamically adjusted and controlled, so the control time of stable mode locking is greatly shortened, rapid mode locking control is achieved, power control of the stable operation working condition is rapid and stable, unnecessary energy consumption waste caused by unnecessary power reciprocating oscillation tracking control is reduced, and the energy-saving effect of the power adjustment control process is better considered. By dynamically adjusting and controlling theworking environment temperature of the pumping source, the environment temperature can quickly reach the reference environment temperature required by mode locking, a good temperature condition is created for mode locking of an optical comb system, and the environment temperature stable control efficiency of a stable operation condition is also improved; therefore, the problem of insufficient operation stability of the optical frequency comb under different working conditions is effectively solved, and the measurement precision of the optical comb system is better ensured.
