摘要

Dear Editor,Duck Tembusu virus（DTMUV）, a member of the Flavivirus genus within the Flaviviridae family, has caused huge economic losses to the poultry industry in China and even in Asia since 2010（Zhang et al. 2017）. The first strain of Tembusu virus（TMUV） MM 1 775 was isolated from mosquitoes in 1955 in Malaysia（Platt et al. 1975）.
