Genetic variants predictive of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy symptoms in gynecologic cancer survivors

•Chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy is a common treatment-related side effect and associated with genetic variants.•2 SNPs were associated with neuropathy symptoms in non-Hispanic white gynecologic cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.•Combining significant SNPs with clinical risk factors resulted in a superior predictive model of neuropathy symptoms.
