Using a point reduction clamp with a rubber stopper from a sterile bottle for reduction of a distal radius fracture

•Utilizing the large point reduction clamp with rubber stopper allows compression force of fracture.•The rubber stopper helps the clamp to distribute the force in the large area of fragment.•Using this technique in the lateral radiograph can be checked under fluoroscope without obstruction from applying this clamp.
