Effects of Olfactory Memory on Augmented Gustation

This paper presents an improved concept fork with olfactory feedback and microcurrent and an augmented gustatory feature. It is used to detect the difference between electrical gustation and retronasal olfaction. The fork augments gustation by adding a non-invasive flavor.
