The evaluation of venture capital project is the key link in the procedure of decision-making in venture capital. Also, it is the decisive factor that promotes venture capital in Hi-Tech industry through providing basis for decision makers in order to help them give scientific decisions. Therefore, studying how to evaluate Venture capital projects in Hi-Tech industry and building up evaluation model which conforms to the situation in our country have theoretical and practical meaning in promoting the healthy development of China's venture capital industry and Hi-Tech industry. So, this paper adopted the theory of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to propose the model of fuzzy evaluation of the venture capital project in China's Hi-Tech industry and also cited living examples to test and verify this model. Finally, it is found that the model referred above can function quite well when used to evaluate the venture capital program and to make final decisions.
